About yesterday, HfPV Wiesbaden and the University of Pitesti met to compete in the first game of the thirdday.
The beginning of the match was favorable to the German team, which opened the scoreboard in the first seconds. Since then HfPV Wiesbaden grabbed the game and led nearly the entire game. The team from the University of Pitesti tried to reverse the situation, but there was no room for error. On the second half, University of Pitesti came more confident and were first to score. However, the German team returned to impose and excel, being always on top. Thus, the match ended with the victory of the German team HfPV Wiesbaden, by 27-16.

University of Malaga won against the University of Porto by 29-17 . The match was, however, at the eightth minute, the teams were tied by four goals. Still in the first half the spanish team showed his superiority and reached the half-time winning by 17-10. On the second half Malaga never lost control and leaded the game, finishing with a comfortable 29-17 victory.

The game that faced the University of Cordoba and the University of Strasbourg had a high number of fouls and yellow cards. It was a disputed match from the first moment on. In the end of the first half, the spanish team took over the game and in the second half, at the minute 49 the french team increased the pressure reaching 29-22. Despite this, the effort of the University of Strasbourg was not enough to overturn the result and lost by 35-26.

The University of Vincent Pol won against the University of South Toulon -Var by 17-25. The marker was only opened at fourth minute, when Joanna Drabik (from Poland) scored the first goal. After a period fairly balanced, the french team had not enought strength to resist the powerful offensive of the polish team, which got to the half-time on the lead. On the second half the french team created many difficulties to the team coming from Poland. Althought, Vicent Pol ended up winning by 17-25.

University of Pitesti had its third match against Polytechnical Institute of Leiria. Both teams started the game strong both offensive and defensively, with a small advantage for the romanians, that reached half time with a favorable result of 10-6. The second half was pretty much has the first, since both teams started really balanced, but Univ. of Pitesti ended up taking control over the match, giving them their second victory by 27-19.

In the last game at Lamaçães Sports Hall, University of Aveiro faced University of Konstanz.
The University of Aveiro opened the marker, however, after 12 minutes, the game tied. In the second half, the portuguese team was able to decrease the gap in the result but the german team dominated the game and won by 32-21.
To close the third day of the competion Minho played against Wiesbaden.The first half of the match was neck-to-neck. At break the home team was winning by 15-14. Since the 38th minute, University of Minho were always leading, although the match was decided in the final minutes. By the 58th minute the score was 24-24 and the German team managed to score two goals and win the match by 24-26.
